Real Co. Canada works closely with our community partners and sponsors
to provide new Canadians with practical work experience. Our partners include local employment assessment centres, which refer potential "employees" to us. Employment Assessment Centres will guide job seekers in developing a personal plan for their next job or career. At these centres, professional Employment Counsellors work one-on-one with job seekers to assess their employment needs, including developing career goals, assessing training needs and/or supporting their job search.
All program applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements and attend one of our information sessions to participate: :: 18 years of age or older :: Valid Social Insurance Number :: A Canadian resident for less than five years :: Intermediate-to-advanced English language skills :: Motivated to commit to an 8-12 week program :: Currently Registered with an Employment Assessment Centre If you are a counsellor who is interested in referring clients to Real Co.
