Real Co. Canada is a practice firm that provides new Canadians with practical work experience
and on-going job search coaching, at no charge.

Your first step would be to visit a local Employment Centre, which can help you to determine your career goals, develop a personal service plan, recommend job skills training programs and guide you towards your next job.

If you are an unemployed newcomer to Canada, legally entitled to work in Canada and 18
years of age or over, why not gain valuable work experience with our firm!

This government-funded job retention program requires an 8-12 week commitment,
Monday to Friday. If you already have the skills, training or experience in your profession,
please review our current opportunities in the following departments:

Accounting and Finance, Information Technology, Sales and Marketing, Administration,
Human Resources

The positions are unpaid. You will earn practical, Canadian work experience.
